A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot harvested from vineyards in Victoria. This has been aged to create an attractive, fresh, youthful wine with the cool climate fruit aromas and flavours associated with the vineyards of Northern Victoria. Rich and soft on the palate, with lingering fruit on the length and a hint of vanilla. An everyday drinking red that will accompany a whole range of meat and poultry dishes.
