A versatile, strong and sweet fortified wine that can be enjoyed on its own as well as before or after a meal. It can also be poured as a topping over dairy ice cream or used in the kitchen to add richness to sauces and stews. Made in England from imported grape concentrate it has much of the colour and character of sweet Montilla from Spain.
