Made from 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc, this fine wine is fermented in stainless steel vats. St Émilion Grand Cru means that the wine is submitted one year after harvest for a professional tasting in order to agree the quality before bottling.
