Pale straw coloured wine with an intense nose of ripe yellow fruit notes reminiscent of peach and apricot, tending towards an almost tropical fragrance. The palate is full in body with an excellent balance of crisp acidity, finishing clean and dry. Ideal as a cool aperitif, or the perfect match for salads and seafood.
