A tasty, fun and fruity smoothie.
360g Brooklea Greek Style Yogurt
150ml Semi Skimmed Milk
140g Frozen Mango
100g Frozen Raspberries
180g Frozen Blueberries
200ml Double Cream
Cardboard unicorn horns and ears
Place the mango in a jug with 1 banana, 120g yogurt and 75ml milk, then blitz using a hand blender until smooth. Repeat the process, in separate jugs, replacing the mango with the raspberries and then blueberries.
Pour the blueberry smoothie between the four glasses, then the raspberry smoothie and top with the mango. Whip the cream and pipe on the smoothies, then top with sprinkles. Serve with the cardboard horn and ears in the cream.
Tip – pipe chocolate eyes on the glasses to finish off the unicorns.
