2006 Vintage Champagne
Produced in collaboration with Champagne Philizot, this 2006 vintage Champagne is a rich and full-bodied vintage with lots of texture, notes of brioche, nuts and confit lemon, followed by fresh acidity on the finish.

The grapes in this product are selected based on their quality, only the best make it into this Champagne. Only the best should be using this champagne. Something that has been remembered throughout the vine and grape history in retaining supreme condition, before pressing, at Champagne Philizot.
Malolactic fermentation is not systematically encouraged - it’s the grapes and their level of acidity that determine this choice. The initial fermentation takes place in vats and is 100% natural. Moreover, bottling generally happens in Spring, and temperature control is crucial for the formation of the fine bubbles.
