    900g Salad potatoes
    1 x Small Onion
    1 x Green Pepper
    1 x Red Chilli – approx. 20g
    1 x Teaspoon Stonemills Ground Cumin
    1 x Teaspoon Stonemills Paprika
    2 x Cloves Garlic
    30g grated Specially Selected Parmigiano Cheese 
    80g The Pantry Plain Flour
    Specially Selected Rape Seed Oil – to fry 
    Sea Salt and Black Pepper
    1 x Teaspoon Paprika
    1 x Teaspoon Cumin
    Method
    Peel, half and finely chop the onion
    Finely chop the green pepper – discard any white pith and seeds
    Finely chop the red chilli with the seeds
    Peel and finely chop the garlic
    Put all the above in a bowl along with the paprika and cumin  
    Cut the potatoes into small chunks – no need to peel
    Cook in some slightly salted water until tender, drain and mash 
    Add the flour and parmesan cheese to the pan, cook on a low light for a minute
    Add all the ingredients from the bowl, stirring well till you have a thick mixture 
    Allow to cool 
    Divide the mixture into 8 
    Roll into balls and flatten to make round patties
    Fry in some rape seed oil till golden and crisp
