    1 Packet of Ashfield Farm Burgers

    ½ Cucumber

    4 bunch Spring Onions

    1 pot of Brooklea Natural Yogurt

    Handful of Fresh Mint

    1 Iceberg Lettuce

    Burger Buns of your choice

    Method

    Slice the cucumber in half through the middle and then slice lengthways.

    Run a small spoon down the centre of the cucumber and remove the seeds.

    Dice this and your spring onions and put into a bowl.

    Add a handful of chopped mint.

    Add 4-5 tbsp of yogurt and mix.

    Cook your burgers and slice the buns in half.

    Add your lettuce to the base along with the burgers.

    Top the burgers with a good spoonful of Tzatziki.
