    Butternut Squash and Banana Purée

    150g Butternut Squash flesh

    1 Mini Banana

    Method

    Chop the squash into small chunks and boil for 10 minutes until tender; drain and mash.

    Peel the banana and chop into a bowl then mash.

    Add the squash and banana together, then mix well.

    Either leave mashed or blend to a purée.
