Thank you – we now have over 300,000 reviews from customers. Your reviews and ratings help tell us what we’re getting right – and what we can improve. So, every one counts.

Why your opinion matters

Who better to review our products than our customers? After all, you are the ones who really know the true quality and value of our products. Reviews are valuable for us and for you. Here’s why.

  • By sharing your experience you’ll be letting other customers know what you think so they can shop with confidence. You’re the expert after all, and our customers can use your first-hand experiences to make the right choices.
  • We read all of your feedback and use it to improve our products so that everything we sell is in line with our customers’ expectations!
  • The space provided by reviews allows our whole community of Aldi customers to have their say, offer opinions, build trust and confidence. In turn, this supports our commitment to great value, and high quality products.

How to write a review.

Just tell us what you think. Here’s a few tips:

  • Talk about the look, feel and performance of the product. And submit a photo to demonstrate too!
  • Tell us straight how good or bad a product is. This will help other customers and us.
  • People appreciate the nitty gritty. More details help people make more informed decisions. It also helps us improve our product descriptions.
  • Share your tricks and hacks to help others. You never know, you may inspire people!

Just a heads-up, your review will be rejected if you mention the below, so please avoid including:

Personal information

Mentions of other companies or websites

Customer service or shipping information

Information not relating to the product

Photo submissions

We would encourage you to submit a photo alongside your review to help other customers visualise the product. To take a good picture, make sure you…

  • Look for good lighting

If you can find some natural light it will make a better image.
  • Check your settings

Look at the resolution on your camera and turn to the highest setting for a sharper image. Also, try not to zoom in too much in case it blurs the image.
  • Frame it!

It’s always better to create or find a clear and clutter-free background. The final image will then simply focus on the product.
