    50ml Caramel Hazelnut Rum Liqueur

    25ml Semi-skimmed Milk

    25ml Double Cream

    2 drops of The Pantry Morrocan Almond Extract

    To Garnish

    Moser Roth Dark Chocolate, grated 

    Hazelnut Shavings

    Method

    Shake all the ingredients with cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled coupette (or a martini glass).

    Garnish with grated Moser Roth dark chocolate and hazelnut shavings.
