Youthful purple hues with aromas of blackberry and spicy white pepper with delicate underlying oak. The palate is full flavoured, with rich, rewarding flavours of black plum and blackberries underpinned by exquisitely fine tannins which linger gracefully.
Intense aromas of toasted almond, lemon zest and white blossom. The palate is fresh and creamy with pear and other orchard fruit flavours. This wine has a satisfying mineral finish.The grapes are carefully selected from Premier Cru vineyards with ancient Kimmeridgian subsoil and from old vines, aged between 35 and 64 years. This particular combination gives the wine its complexity with the freshness and refinement that make it an ideal accompaniment to grilled sea bass or a light vegetable risotto.

The Nebbiolo grape derives its name from the Italian word for fog, inspired by the October fog that appears in Piemonte during the harvest. This Barolo is full-bodied, silky and rich, with notes of baked plums, cherries and vanilla.

The Bockstein is a unique vineyard with exceptional terroir, expressed in the fragrance of this German Riesling with fascinating aromas of apple, cinnamon and elderflower blossom. Fruit, spice and floral notes continue on the palate and are complimented by an intricate minerality. A generous texture carries the flavour to a rewarding finish.
