    Coronation Chicken Scones

    1 x Pack The Village Bakery All Butter Scones

     

    Coronation Chicken Ingredients:

    1 x Cooked Chicken Breast (shredded)

    3 tbsp Brooklea Greek Style Yogurt

    1 x Stonemill Medium Curry Powder

    1 tsp Bilash Mango Chutney

    2 tbsp The Pantry Flaked Almond

    2 tbsp The Pantry Sultanas

    Pinch of salt and pepper

     

    Extra:

    1 tsp Stonemill Paprika

    + additional mango chutney if wanted 

    Method

    1.       Mix all of the coronation chicken ingredients together.

    2.       Halve the scones and spoon some coronation chicken over the top.

    3.       If wanted add a spoonful of mango chutney spread over the lid.

    4.       Top with the lids and sprinkle over a little paprika then serve.
