What is Scottish minimum unit pricing legislation? Will it affect my order?
On 1st May 2018 legislation was introduced in Scotland that means that the pricing of alcohol must be at least 50p per unit. Because of this the following lines are no longer available for delivery online. These Products may still be available in store, but the prices and “Alcohol by Volume” or “ABV” measurements in our Scottish stores may vary to the prices and “Alcohol by Volume” or “ABV” displayed online.

Can you deliver to my location?
While geographical location can restrict some of the delivery services we are able to offer on some products, we deliver to most postal areas in mainland UK.
During checkout, you can use the Address Lookup field to find your required delivery address, and the available options will be presented to you based on this.Close
How will I know when my delivery has arrived?
You will receive an email alert when your parcel is with the courier.
If you supplied us with a mobile phone number during checkout, you will also receive a text message. Some of our couriers will additionally send you a delivery time notification via text message.
This is dependent on the product and your location.Close
What are the standard-sized delivery costs?
Our delivery costs vary according to the option you choose.
Options and prices are:
Standard Delivery - £2.95 or Free on orders over £20. (Large Items are named day delivery only)
Next Day Delivery - £3.95
Named Day Delivery - £3.95

Can I track my order?
Yes. If you are a registered customer, you can track your order within the My Account section.
Log in via the Log in / Register link at the top of the page.
Within your account page (also accessible from the top of the page once signed in), you can track your order from within the Order History section.
If you have not yet registered with us, you can track your order once it has left our warehouse by using the link provided on your Order Dispatched email.

Can I get same-day delivery?
Whilst we don't currently offer same-day delivery, if you place your order before 7pm Monday-Thursday, you will qualify for delivery on the next working day.

My delivery has arrived but part of it is damaged. What do I do?
All our suppliers, warehouse staff and couriers will do their utmost to ensure your delivery arrives in perfect condition, but if there are any issues, you can return the damaged goods to us.
All parcels arrive with an Aldi dispatch note, and you can complete the returns form on this and take the parcel to a CollectPlus collection point or Royal Mail post office.
If your hamper itself, or an item within the hamper is damaged, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to help you.

I missed my delivery, what can I do now?
If we try to make a delivery but there's nobody at the address to accept your order, the courier will let you know we stopped by.
Depending on the courier we may attempt to deliver to you again.
The courier will contact you via email (and text message if you have supplied a mobile number) with further detail.Close
Is there a minimum spend for delivery?
There is no minimum spend for delivery. Free Standard delivery applies to orders of £20 or more. For orders under £20, standard delivery is charged at £2.95.Close
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer a variety of delivery options:
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed before 7pm Monday - Thursday.
*If you are placing your order between 7pm Thursday and midnight Sunday, your order will be processed on the Monday and will arrive to you on Tuesday.
The Next Day Delivery service is only available in areas as specified by our couriers. If the service is not available in your area, it won't be shown as an option on the website once you've selected your delivery address.
Named Day Delivery
Named Day Delivery gives you the flexibility to choose your own delivery day. We can deliver your items from Monday to Saturday, up to 2 weeks from the date you place your order.
Our standard delivery service means your parcel will arrive within 3 - 5 working days (Monday - Friday) of placing your order. For large / heavy products over 50kg, our courier will contact you within 72 hours to arrange delivery.
Large Item Delivery
Certain large products can only be delivered through our Large Item Delivery service, this allows you to choose which way we deliver products to you, up to two weeks from the date you place your order.

Yes, Saturday delivery is available for Named-Day deliveries.Close

Saturday delivery is the same cost as a named day delivery and is only £3.95.Close

I've ordered multiple products, will all of my products be sent together?
Every effort is made to ensure multiple items are sent to you within the same parcel however this is not always possible and you may receive the same order in separate parcels on different days.Close
How do I arrange to have my order delivered to a CollectPlus collection point?
When placing your order you will be able to choose CollectPlus as a delivery option on the Delivery Options page before you get to the Payment page of checkout.Close
How much does CollectPlus cost?
The CollectPlus service costs £2.95 per order. It doesn't matter how many items are included, as it’s a one-off charge per order.Close
Why is CollectPlus not available for my current order?
Unfortunately some items can’t be sent to a CollectPlus collection point.
This is probably because the item you wish to purchase is either too large or too heavy for this delivery method.
Please note that this service is only available for suitable items being shipped to customers in the UK.Close
How many CollectPlus collection points are there?
CollectPlus has over 5,900 stores throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.
These could be your local Co-Op, McColls, Budgens or Spar, as well as many independently owned convenience stores and newsagents and petrol stations.
Unfortunately there are no collection points in the Channel Islands or at BFPO locations at the moment.Close

How long will it take for my order to arrive at my chosen CollectPlus collection point?
Once you have successfully placed and paid for your order, your item(s) will be processed and shipped to your chosen collection point.
You will receive confirmation from CollectPlus via email and/or SMS once your parcel is available for collection.This will include your unique collection code.
Your item(s) will normally arrive at the collection point within 3-5 working days of your order being processed.
Parcels are delivered to CollectPlus collection points Monday to Saturday.
A specific time for arrival cannot be given.Close
What do I need to take when I collect my parcel from a CollectPlus collection point?
Please take your CollectPlus collection code and proof of ID with you when you go to the collection point to collect your parcel.Close

What should I do if I lose my collection code for CollectPlus?
If you have lost the collection code sent to you by CollectPlus via email or SMS then please contact us to arrange for a new collection code to be issued, as you cannot collect your parcel without it.Close
What should I do if I don't receive my collection code from CollectPlus?
If you haven’t received an email or SMS from CollectPlus with your collection code and the parcel’s estimated date of arrival has passed, then please contact us as our Customer Service team will be able to help you.Close
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes, it is possible for someone to collect your parcel on your behalf, but they must have your proof of ID and your collection code.Close
How much time will I have to collect my parcel?
Your parcel will be held at CollectPlus at their collection point for 10 days before being returned to us.
You will receive reminders from CollectPlus after 3 days and 7 days of the parcel arriving at the collection point if you haven’t already collected your parcel.
If your parcel is returned to us it will be processed as a return and a refund will be issued. You may still be charged for the CollectPlus delivery cost.Close

Yes, CollectPlus provides a tracking service which allows you to see where your parcel is and when it has arived in store.Close
What if I want to return an item I have collected from a CollectPlus collection point?
If, when you pick up your parcel, you decide that you don’t want all or part of the order, or an incorrect item has been sent, please follow our normal returns process.
