    Pre-Orders

    A pre-ordered item will display an estimated dispatch date.

    If you have placed an order which contains pre-order items, delivery will be made within 3-5 working days from the estimated dispatch date, however if we can send this to you early we will!

    *If you have placed an order which contains a pre-ordered large or high value item, delivery will be made within 2-10 working days from the dispatch date.

    Next Day Delivery

    Your order will be delivered the following day if placed before 7pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 7pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

    Next day orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday, however if we can send this to you early we will! 

    Named Day Delivery

    Your order will be delivered on your chosen date (Monday to Saturday only).

    Standard Delivery

    Your order will be delivered 3-5 working days from the date you place your order.

    Large and High Value Item Delivery*

    Your order will be delivered 2-7 working days from the date you place your order.

  • Next Day Delivery - £3.95

    Named Day delivery gives you the flexibility to choose your own delivery day.

    We can deliver your items from Monday to Saturday, up to 2 weeks from the date you place your order.

    FREE Standard Delivery over £30 (*Exclusions apply)

    Delivery will be 3-5 working days from the date you place your order.

    Standard delivery is only £2.95 for orders under £30.

    *Excludes large and high value items

    Large Item Delivery - £6.95

    Large products can only be delivered through our specialist delivery service.

    Due to the high value of selected products, these items will also be sent with our specialist courier to provide a more secure delivery.

    We will deliver most items within 2-7 working days.

    CollectPlus - £2.95

    Our CollectPlus service allows you to shop online and have items delivered to a convenient CollectPlus Point near you.

    Some of our delivery services may only be available in areas as specified by our couriers. If the service is not available in your area, it won't be shown as an option on the website once you've selected your delivery address.

  • While geographical location can restrict some of the delivery services we are able to offer on some products, we deliver to most postal areas in mainland UK.

    During checkout, you can use the Address Lookup field to find your required delivery address, and the available options will be presented to you based on this.

    Alternatively, if you are a registered customer, you can track your order within the My Account section.

    Log in via the Log in / Register link at the top of the page.

    Within your account page (also accessible from the top of the page once signed in), you can track your order from within the Order History section.

    If you have not yet registered with us, you can track your order once it has left our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking link once your order is on its way.

    The courier will provide updates about your delivery via SMS and/or email.

  • Whilst we don't currently offer same-day delivery, if you place your order before 7pm Monday-Friday, you will qualify for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 7pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

  • You will receive an email alert when your full order is dispatched from our warehouse.

    If you supplied us with a mobile phone number during checkout, you will also receive a text message. Some of our couriers will additionally send you a delivery time notification via email / SMS message.

  • There is no minimum spend for delivery.

    Enjoy free standard delivery on all wine and Specialbuys orders over £30, excluding large and high value item deliveries. For orders under £30, standard delivery is charged at £2.95.

  • Yes, Saturday delivery is available through selecting Named Day delivery during checkout. Delivery will be on your chosen Saturday, between 7am and 9pm. During peak times we may not be able to offer Saturday delivery.

  • Every effort is made to ensure multiple items are sent to you within the same parcel, however due to product type or dimensions this is not always possible and you may receive the same order in separate parcels on different days.
  • If we try to make a delivery but there's nobody at the address to accept your order, the courier will let you know we stopped by. Depending on the courier, we may attempt to deliver to you again.

  • If you’re not going to be in to receive a delivery, don't worry; most of our couriers will attempt 3 times to deliver your parcel.

    Some of our couriers even offer inflight options where you can request a neighbour sign for the parcel, or authorise the driver to leave the parcel in a safe place. These options can be accessed via your tracking link.

    For larger orders you may be contacted directly to rearrange your delivery date.

  • All our suppliers, warehouse staff and couriers will do their utmost to ensure your delivery arrives in perfect condition, but if there are any issues, you can return the damaged goods to us. For more information on how to return your item, click here.

    Wine and Hampers

    If your wine, hamper, or an item within the hamper is damaged, please click here to contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to help you.

  • On 1st May 2018 in Scotland and 2nd March 2020 in Wales, legislation was introduced that means that the pricing of alcohol must be at least 50p per unit. Because of this some lines are no longer available for delivery online. Affected products may still be available in store, but the prices and “Alcohol by Volume” or “ABV” measurements in our Scottish and Welsh stores may vary to the prices and “Alcohol by Volume” or “ABV” displayed online.     Online Orders

    You will be notified throughout the online shopping process that certain products are not available in Scotland or Wales. If you place an order for any such products to be delivered to an address in Scotland or Wales then they will be removed from your order and their value refunded to you. You will receive an e-mail explaining what has happened. We will still look to provide any other products in your order.

  • You will not be able to amend any delivery information once your order has been received; however if you are worried about missing your delivery, be assured that most of our carriers will attempt up to 3 times to deliver, or may be able to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour if you are not home.

  • We are committed to delivering responsibly packaged goods and our range is constantly reviewed.

    Where possible, most of our products will be packed and wrapped in recyclable or reusable materials. However, due to the size and weight of some products, you might receive a package in a specialist or manufacturer's package.

  • Our network of carriers have been affected by the disruption caused by COVID-19.

    In line with latest Government guidance we are making the health and safety of our colleagues and delivery partners a priority.
