So, you‘ve placed an online order with us and now you need a little help in tracking it down?  You're in the right place, here you will find all the information and tips you need to understand where your parcel is.

  • Tip 1 – Your order confirmation email provides details of your delivery timeframe.

    Tip 2 – Working days are Monday –Friday, excluding Bank Holidays

    Standard Delivery

    Your order will be delivered 3-7 working days from the date you place your order.

    If you have placed a standard delivery order which contains pre-ordered items, delivery will be made within 3 –7 working days from the estimated dispatch date - however, if we can send this to you early we will!

    Large and High Value Item Delivery*

    Your order will be delivered 2-7 working days from the date you place your order.

    Named Day Delivery

    Your order will be delivered on your chosen date (Monday to Saturday only)

    Next Day Delivery

    Your Next Day order will be delivered the following day if placed before 7pm Monday - Friday. If you placed your order after 7pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

    If you placed your Next Day order on a Saturday and Sunday, it will be delivered the following Tuesday. However if we can send this to you early, we will! 

    Food parcels

    Your food parcel will be delivered 2-3 working days from the date you have placed your order. We will send you a dispatch email once your full order has left our warehouse and our couriers will provide updates as your delivery progresses. For more information on food parcels click here.

    We are not currently offering our Next Day or Named day delivery service. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • We will send you a tracking link for each parcel in your dispatch email. The courier will also provide updates about your delivery via email and/or SMS as it progresses.

    Tip 1 – You should allow 24hrs for your tracking link to fully update after your parcel(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse.

    Tip 2 – Due to product type or dimensions your order may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

    Tip 3 – Our couriers will let you know a time window of when your order will be delivered, however this is a guideline and couriers can continue to deliver up until 8pm.

  • If you’re not going to be in to receive a delivery, don't worry; most of our couriers will attempt 3 times to deliver your parcel.

    Some couriers offer delivery options where you can request a neighbour sign for the parcel, or authorise the driver to leave the parcel in a safe place. If these options are available these can be accessed via your tracking link.

    For larger orders you may be contacted directly to rearrange your delivery date.

  • If you have received your delivery and there appears to be items missing, these may be arriving in a separate parcel(s).

    Tip 1 - Your delivery note will state if some items have been dispatched separately.

    Tip 2 - Your delivery note will only display a price against the items dispatched within each parcel.

    Please re-check your dispatch email for tracking links for each parcel - the rest of your order is likely to be on its way to you.

  • My carrier told me I have missed my delivery – Don't worry; most of our couriers will attempt 3 times on consecutive working days to deliver your parcel.

    My carrier told me my delivery is delayed – Most of our couriers will provide updates about your delivery and continue to deliver up until 8pm Monday - Friday.

    My carrier told me my parcel has been damaged in transit – Your order will be returned to our warehouse where a refund will be processed. Refunds may take up to ten working days to be shown in your account, depending on your card issuer.

    My carrier told me my order has been delivered, but I cant find it – Before contacting us please check your parcel(s) have not been left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Your tracking link may provide more information on your delivery.
