    120g Cornflakes

    80g Mini Eggs

    200g Dark or Milk Chocolate

    100g White Chocolate

    50g Mini Marshmallows

    Method

    Break up the dark or milk chocolate and melt in the microwave or in a heatproof bowl set over a small pan of simmering water.

    Tip the cornflakes into a mixing bowl and pour the melted chocolate over the cornflakes.

    Gently mix the chocolate into the cornflakes along with 2 thirds of the marshmallows until completely coated.

    Take.

    Cover a dinner plate, with small dipping bowl placed in the middle, with cling film and arrange the chocolate coated cornflakes on the plate to form a wreath.

    Decorate with the mini eggs and the remaining marshmallows then place in the fridge to set.

    Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and then drizzle over the wreath.

    Return to the fridge for the white chocolate to set.
