    Easy Homemade Granola

    300g Porridge Oats

    100ml Maple Syrup

    35ml Runny Honey

    135ml Coconut Oil

    1 x 70g Rainforest Bounty Mix

    1 x 70g Sunshine Seed Mix

    150g pack Berry Mix

    Method

    Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.

    Line a large baking tray with some non-stick baking parchment.

    Mix together the oats, oil, honey and the maple syrup.

    Chop any of the larger nuts up in the bounty mix and add all these along with the seeds and mix well.

    Lay the oat mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and with a fork stir them around, then bake for another 10 minutes.

    Allow to cool, add the berry mix and store in an airtight container.
