    50ml Oliver Cromwell London Dry Gin

    25ml Lemon Juice

    2 tsp Sugar

    15ml Pear, Cranberry & Cinnamon Vodka Liqueur

    To Garnish

    Ground Cinnamon

    Method

    Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar with cubed ice and strain over freshly crushed ice in a rocks glass.

    Drizzle over the pear, cranberry and cinnamon vodka liqueur.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with a lemon twist.
