Goat's Cheese, Beetroot & Spring Onion Dip
150g log Goat's Cheese
100g Cooked Beetroot
5 Spring Onions – trimmed
100g Crème Fraîche
Chop the beetroot and spring onions finely.
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse for 5 minutes until blended but still slightly chunky.
Great served with cucumber and carrots cut into sticks.
