  • New World Style ...

  • This new world style Jean-Paul Seguin Sancerre is a cuvée made from the famous Sancerre Terroirs. The grapes within this fresh gooseberry tasting wine are grown on the hilly slopes of Sancerre. Composing of three terroirs; Caillottes, Terres Blanches and Silex. A cocktail of flint, clay and stone.

  • Ageing Excellence ...

  • During the first stages of the wine making process, the grapes are swiftly migrated to the winery to minimize skin contact before gentle pressing into a pneumatic press. The fresh juices are traditionally fermented in stainless steel tanks for ten to fifteen days. As for ageing, the fine Jean-Paul Seguin Sancerre is left for a minimum of six months. Before being blended and bottled in the spring.
