Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
A lovely Sauvignon Blanc with flavours of tropical fruits, dried herbs and zesty citrus fruits. There's a full, fresh texture, with lingering flavours that compliment seafood perfectly.
- With all of the hallmarks of an outstanding vintage, the 2018/2019 growing season saw a warm, dry summer, with very little rainfall in Marlborough between late December 2018 and mid-March 2019.
The wine making...
- The fruit was harvested in the cool of the morning and transferred to the winery where it underwent temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks using carefully selected yeast cultures. The wine making was straight forward, as the exceptional vintage required very little intervention.
