1 x 375g sheet Ready Rolled Puff Pastry
75g Milk Chocolate Chips
1 Egg Yolk
5g Granulated Sugar
70g Dark Chocolate
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6.
Unroll the pastry but keep it on the greaseproof paper. Cut into 6 squares.
In a bowl, mix together the Nutoka and the chocolate chips.
Divide this between the 6 squares, putting it in the centre of the pastry.
Mix the egg yolk and milk together and, with a brush, put some of the egg wash on the edges of all the squares.
Then fold one of the edges of each square over to make a triangle.
Crimp down the edges with a fork and put them on a baking tray, brush the egg wash over, then sprinkle over the sugar.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
To make the drizzle, break up the dark chocolate and put in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bottom doesn’t touch the water.
Add the milk to the chocolate and melt to a thick sauce. Drizzle over the pastries and serve.
