Youthful purple hues with aromas of blackberry and spicy white pepper with delicate underlying oak. The palate is full flavoured, with rich, rewarding flavours of black plum and blackberries underpinned by exquisitely fine tannins which linger gracefully.
The expression of the vineyard, refined with wood, offers an exceptional wine. The must is cold macerated and then fermented in American oak barrels, remaining on its lees, until it reaches its full potential. Intense and complex, with notes of oak, vanilla and very balanced fruit.
