    35ml Jim Beam Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey

    200ml Vive Lemonade

    50g Ice Cubes

    50g Fresh Raspberries – plus a few extra for garnish

    Fresh Mint

    Method
    Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor – blend for a couple of minutes until the ice cubes have crushed – serve in a tall glass decorated with fresh raspberries and a sprig of fresh mint.
