Loyalty in Burgundy..
Our oenologists take great care to bring out the flavours and aromas of our wines, so as to faithfully represent the specificities of Burgundy's wines in terms of varietals, terroirs and vintages. We have established relationships based on loyalty and trust with our partner growers, some of whom we have been working with for several decades. A relationship maintained especially by head winemaker, Alain Serveau.
Cultural Heritage Site..
A climate is a specific delimited vineyard plot with particular geological and climatic conditions where human intervention is strictly regulated. One of 1247 based in Côte de Beanue and Côte de Nuits that yields such wide varieties of wine; each having its own organoleptic characteristics. Moreover, this cultural heritage was recognised as having outstanding universal value by UNESCO, putting Burgundy's climates on its World Heritage List.
