Pulled Pork Nachos
1 x Ashfield farm BBQ pulled pork kit
250g x Everyday essentials tortilla chips
1 jar x Salsa
1 tub x Deli sour cream and chive dip
Cook the pulled pork to the pack instructions and leave to on side to cool.
In a large oven-proof dish scatter a layer of the tortilla chips followed by a sprinkle of cheese and a few small dollops of salsa. Repeat this layering but save a good handful of cheese and half the salsa for later. When all the chips are used layer the pulled pork over the top and sprinkle over the rest of the cheese and bake in the oven for 15 mins at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4.
Finish with diced avocado, the spring onion and dollops of sour cream.
