Goats Cheese Board

Tuck into a tasty cheese board stacked with delicious goat cheeses and toppings for the perfect NYE appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 180g Aldi soft fresh goats cheese
  • 180g Goats cheese with herbs
  • 180g Full fat hard goats cheese
  • 180g French goats cheese
  • 100g Thins rosemary & sea salt
  • 100g Thins multi seed
  • 200g Red & green grapes
  • 50g SS Hickory smoked nuts
  • 100g Strawberries
  • 1 Pink lady apple
  • 6 Majool dates
  • 100g Apricots
  • 50g Caramelised red onion chutney
  • 1/2 Clove garlic - minced
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 20g Parsley
  • 6 Sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 Part-baked sourdough baguette

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200c/180 fan/Gas mark 6.
  2. Cook one baguette for 10-12 minutes and break into chunks.
  3. Into a mixing bowl add the Goats cheese with herbs and the soft Goats cheese, 10g of the parsley, minced garlic, pepper, lemon juice and whisk until whipped and light.
  4. Slice the apple, dates, strawberries and the French Goats cheese.
  5. Arrange everything on a board scattering the nuts and fruit in amongst the cheese and breads, top with the remaining parsley and the sprigs of rosemary.
