25ml Napoleon Brandy

25ml Crème de Menthe liqueur

25ml Specially Selected Chocolate Irish Cream Liqueur

25ml Cowbelle double cream

Method

Methodology

1. Add all ingredients to ice filled cocktail shaker

2. Shake hard over ice then double strain into chilled cocktail glass

3. Garnish with chocolate shavings

Decoration / to serve

Garnish with a generous helping of coarsely grated Chocolate shavings

Tasting notes

A great combination of chocolate, mint and brandy. This wonderfully rich and complex cocktail is a great alternative to dessert. Ensure that you use double cream for the added luxuriousness.
