1tsp Grandessa Honey
1tsp Stonemill Black Pepper
25ml Vive Tonic Water
1tsp Lemon Peel
1 tsp Lime Peel
1 wedge of Lime
1 wedge of Orange
1 tsp Candied peel, finely chopped
Dip the rim of the shot glass into the honey and then into the pepper to coat.
Pour 35ml of whisky into the decorated shot glass to serve.
Wipe the rim of the shot glass with the lime wedge and dip into the peel to coat.
Pour 25ml of Gin Lane 1751 Old Tom Gin into the shot glass and top up with tonic to serve.
Wipe the rim of the shot glass with the orange wedge and dip into the candied peel to coat.
Pour 10ml of orange liqueur into the shot glass and top up with Champagne to serve.
