Cafetière: Warm the pot and use about one rounded dessert spoon of coffee per person - vary depending on how strong you like it. Boil the water but wait before pouring, to avoid scalding the coffee. Brew for 3-5 minutes - longer for a stronger coffee - with the plunger off.
