    • The beautiful hue of this Plow and Press Shiraz Rosé is a result of a very gentle pressing and limited juice-skin contact. Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks captures bright fruit flavours that unfold into a crisp, refreshing finish. This authentically crafted wine pairs beautifully with a wide variety of food and flavours.

    • Vue Sur Mer Côtes de Thau
    • £ 2.99

    • A citrus freshness invigorates this fruity dry white wine from the South of France. Cooled by sea breezes, the local Terret Bourret, the more famous Piquepoul and aromatic Colombard grapes are grown in vineyards which border the Bassin de Thau, famous for its oysters and mussels, and which overlook the sea, Vue sur Mer. Fantastic on its own or with food.

    • Gym Dão Red
    • £ 5.69
    • (27)
    • Fresh aromas of violets and cherries. On the palate the wine is smooth with supple tannins and vibrant wild berry fruit flavours. A kiss of oak from used oak barrels, gives the wine depth of flavour and elegance, whilst remaining full of the character that Dão wines enjoy.

    • Bourbon Aged Cabernet Sauvignon
    • £ 2.99
    • (25)
    • This winemaker masterfully ages 100% of this premium Cabernet Sauvignon in rich Bourbon barrels for 4 months. The oak staves, lending distinctive Bourbon notes of caramel and spice, are bound by rugged steel rivets. Together, they create a wine with signature Cabernet Sauvignon flavours of ripe, dark berries and a hint of tannins, combined with Bourbon aromas of subtle spice and vanilla. This is traditional winemaking, reinvented.
