A super easy and delicious recipe fit for all chocolate lovers!
50g Dark Chocolate
100ml Chocolate Sauce
50ml Ballycastle Blonde Chocolate Cream Liqueur
50ml Ballycastle Chocolate, Hazelnut & Caramel Flavour Country Cream
150g Chocolate Ice Cream
Finely chop your dark chocolate, then rim your martini glass with the sauce and dunk it in the chocolate shavings to create a double chocolate rim.
Using the sauce create a swirl pattern, or go artistic and make any pattern you like, on the inside of the glass.
In a blender, add your chocolate ice cream, Ballycastle Blonde Chocolate Cream Liqueur, Ballycastle Chocolate, Hazelnut & Caramel Flavour Country Cream, and whiskey.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into your glass and garnish with some more of the chocolate shavings if you're feeling wild.
