    Turkey and Red Onion Burger

    450g pack Ashfield Turkey Mince

    1 medium Red Onion

    ½ tsp Stonemills Paprika

    ½ tsp Stonemills Garlic Granules

    Sea Salt and Black Pepper

    1 pack Village Bakery Cheese Topped Rolls or Roberts Bakery Wholemeal Rolls

    Leaves from a Little Gem Lettuce

    200g The Deli Reduced Fat Coleslaw


    Peel and finely chop the red onion. Mix the onion with the turkey mince, paprika and garlic. Season with a little salt and some black pepper and mix well.

    Divide the mixture into 4 and shape into balls and flatten to make a burger the same size as your buns. Grill or fry in a little Solesta sunflower oil for about 4/5 minutes each side.

    Cut the rolls in half, lightly toast the cut sides. Put about 4 lettuce leaves in each, then divide the coleslaw between the four buns. Top with a burger and the lid and serve.
