Ingredients
180g The Foodie Market Quinoa
280ml Boiling Water
120ml Acti-Leaf Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
2 tbsp Honey
1 tsp The Pantry Vanilla Extract
Toppings:
1 Banana
50g Blueberries
2 tbsp The Foodie Market Almond Butter
2 tbsp The Pantry Flaked Almonds
Method
1. Boil the quinoa and water together for 8-10 minutes until the water has nearly gone and the quinoa has thickened. 2. Add the almond milk and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the quinoa is cooked. 3. Stir through the honey, vanilla extract and cacao powder. 4. Serve with the banana, blueberries and flaked almonds on top then drizzle over the almond butter.
