Gin and Prosecco make for a summery aperitif!
60ml Scottish Seville Orange Gin
1 small Orange
Prosecco, lemonade or Soda to top
Peel the orange, keep the rind for decoration.
Chop the flesh of the orange and discard any white pith.
Add the gin and Aperini together in a jug and stir.
Divide this between two large balloon glasses.
Add the chopped orange flesh and some ice.
Top with either Prosecco, lemonade or soda, decorate with the orange rind and serve.
