Take the hassle out of Easter with this amazing pork roast all done in a dual air fryer!
1 x Pork loin joint 1 x Pack of green beans 1x Head of broccoli 1 x Apple 4x Pieces of streaky smoked bacon 1x Tinned New Potatoes 2x Large Carrots 4x Yorkshire Puddings
Season the pork with salt & pepper. Place pork into drawer 1 of the air fryer at 160 for 1hr 20 mins.
Whilst the pork is cooking trim both ends of the green beans, cut the broccoli into florets and peel the carrots and cut into 2cm chunks. Toss all prepared vegetables in a little oil, salt & pepper and set aside.
¼ the apple and cut off the core, wrap with 1 piece of streaky bacon. Pop in the fridge until later on.
After 1 hour put the carrots into drawer 2 at 160 and cook for 20 mins.
Remove the pork, check it is cooked all the way through and leave to rest on a plate covered loosely with foil.
Add the green beans and the broccoli to drawer 2 with the carrots, increase the temp to 200 and cook for 10 mins.
Place the potatoes into drawer 1 at 200 and cook for 10 mins.
Take the apple pieces out of the fridge and pop them into drawer 1 with the potatoes and cook for a further 10 mins.
While plating all the ingredients place the Yorkshires into an empty drawer and cook for 4 mins at 200.
Serve with gravy and enjoy! Why not use any leftovers and create delicious pork sandwiches the next day or even try a Leftover Yorkshire Pudding Wrap!
