    100ml Austin’s

    200ml Vive Lemonade

    80g Fresh Strawberries

    8 Fresh Mint Leaves

    Ice Lolly Moulds

    Method

    Mix the Austin’s and the lemonade together in a jug.

    Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and chop finely. Divide the chopped strawberries and mint leaves between the moulds.

    Pour over the Austin’s mix, put on the lids or secure wooden sticks.

    Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

    Remove the moulds and serve.
