    1.2kg pack BBQ pork ribs

    2 avocados

    Half an iceberg lettuce

    250g pack cherry tomatoes

    450g pack cheese coleslaw

    300g Sunnyhills part baked ciabatta

    2 litre Taurus cider

    Method

    Either BBQ or oven bake the Ribs as per instructions on the pack.

    Meanwhile make the salad, shred the lettuce, chop the tomatoes in half and peel and chop the avocado, toss the salad with coleslaw.

    Bake the bread as per the instructions on the pack.

    Serve the hot ribs and bread alongside the tossed salad and chilled cider.
