    Chicken, Rice & Cheese Burgers

    125g sachet Easy Cook Boil-in-the-Bag Long Grain Rice

    375g pack Diced Chicken Breast

    80g Mature White Cheddar Cheese, grated

    To serve:

    2  2 packs Naan Breads

    125g Cherry Tomatoes – chopped

    Mango Chutney – 2 dsp

    Real Mayonnaise – 2 dsp

    Method

    Cook the sachet of long grain, boil-in-the-bag rice as per pack instructions.

    In a food processor add the chicken, cooked rice and grated cheese.

    Process until blended.

    Shape the chicken mixture into 4 oval patties.

    Griddle, fry or grill the burgers for about 5 minutes each side and make sure the meat is not pink in the middle.

    To serve:

    Mix the mayonnaise with the chutney and the tomatoes in a bowl.

    Warm the naan breads slightly under the grill.

    Cut each naan bread in half, divide the mayo and tomato mix between each naan and top with a burger.
