Light, healthy and colourful - this versatile risotto dish goes great as a starter, main or side.
Ham & Pea Risotto

Ingredients
2 x 250g packs Savoury Risotto Rice with Onion and Cheese
50g Creamy Butter Salted
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
1 x 150g pack Italian Style Ham Cubes
200g Frozen Garden Peas
Black Pepper
Method
Cook the risotto as per pack instructions - using the butter in the preparation.
Meanwhile heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the ham cubes until cooked (approximately 5 minutes).
Then add the peas and cook until defrosted (approximately 5 minutes).
Once the risotto is ready add the ham and peas, season with pepper and serve.
