Brunch/Lunch won’t be an issue because this is the perfect sandwich. You’ll have people banging on your door for the recipe.
2 slices White Sough Dough Bread
35g Soft Garlic & Herb Cheese
2 slices Mozzarella Cheese
40g Marinated Tomatoes
60g Specially Selected Spicy Smashed Avocado
15g Rocket Leaves
30ml Olive Oil
Toast the bread slices on one side.
Spread the soft cheese on to one of the toasted sides, then top this with marinated tomatoes.
Place the slices of mozzarella on the other toasted side and top with the smashed avocado and sprinkle over the rocket leaves.
Sandwich the 2 halves together.
Fry the sandwich on both sides in some olive oil in a frying pan until golden and the cheese has melted.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
