A zingy take on a favourite dessert – sweet Lemon Drizzle Scones.

    1 x Pack The Village Bakery All Butter Scones

    150ml Cowbelle Double Cream

    6 tsps Grandessa Zesty Lemon Curd

    1 tbsp The Pantry Caster Sugar

    4 tbsp The Pantry Icing Sugar

    3 tsps Lemon Juice

    1 tbsp Lemon Zest


    1.       Whip the double cream with the caster sugar.

    2.       Halve the scones.

    3.       Spread the whipped cream on the base of the scones.

    4.       Spread a teaspoon of lemon curd on each lid.

    5.       Make the lemon icing by mixing the lemon juice and icing sugar together - it should be quite thick so add the lemon juice gradually.

    6.       Put the scones together and drizzle the lemon icing over the top.

    7.       Sprinkle over the lemon zest and serve.
