    3 Miniature Pears

    6 Rashers Specially Selected Unsmoked Dry Cured Streaky Bacon

    20ml Maple Syrup

    12 Cocktail Sticks

    Method

    Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6.

    Cut the pears into quarters, lengthways, and remove any pips.

    Using a knife, stretch out the bacon rashers on a chopping board and cut each rasher in half.

    Wrap each pear segment with a slice of bacon and secure with a cocktail stick.

    Place onto a baking tray and drizzle over the maple syrup.

    Roast in the oven for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
