Red Layer:
150g Strawberries
50g Yoghurt
75g Almond milk
Green Layer:
3 Kiwis
50g Yoghurt
100ml milk
30g Spinach
20g Honey
Blue Layer:
150g Blueberries
50g Yoghurt
75g Milk
Yellow Layer:
150g Mango
50g Yoghurt
75g Almond milk
1/2 Banana
Method
Blend each smoothie separately and pour in layers.
Pour gently to ensure the layers don’t merge.
