Candy Cane Swirl

Creamy Christmas cocktail made with Candy Cane Gin Liqueur, dry gin and icing sugar.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Candy Cane Gin Liqueur
  • 20ml Oliver Cromwell Gin
  • 20ml Whole Milk
  • 20ml Double Cream
  • 1 tsp Icing Sugar
  • Egg White from 1 Medium Free-Range Egg

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with cubed ice and fine strain into a Champagne flute.
  2. You can decorate your Candy Cane Swirl with a red ribbon on the glass.
