    60g Medium Cheddar Cheese

    100g Bramwells Mayonnaise

    120ml Cowbelle Soured Cream

    3 Spring Onions

    ½ Red Pepper

    1 tsp Stonemill Paprika

    1 tsp Stonemill Chilli Powder

    1 tsp Stonemill Dried Basil

    Black Pepper


    Trim and wash the spring onions and slice finely.

    Grate the cheese, add all the ingredients together and mix well.
