350g Greenvale Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
15g The Pantry Mini Marshmallows
40g Choceur White Chocolate
40g Choceur Milk Chocolate
100g Mixed Berries (Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
Preheat oven to 180°C/gas mark 4.
Grease an 8in round spring form cake tin and press the cookie dough into the base of the tin.
Bake for 20 minutes until the cookie is lightly golden and then sprinkle the marshmallows over the top and bake for a further 5 minutes until the marshmallows have melted.
Melt both types of chocolate microwaving them for 30 seconds each.
When the cookie base comes out of the oven drizzle each chocolate over the top and then spread the berries over the top and drizzle with chocolate again.
Slice into 8 slices like a pizza and serve warm.
