    Tropical Smoothie Bowl

    150g Fresh Pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped into chunks

    1 Large ripe Mango, peeled and chopped into chunks

    2 Ripe Bananas, peeled

    2 tbsp Vegan Plain/Vanilla yogurt

    100ml Coconut Water

    Juice of half an Orange

    1 Handful of Blueberries

    1 Kiwi, sliced

    A few Mint Leaves

    A handful of Tropical Trail Mix

    Method

    Put the mango, pineapple, bananas and yogurt into a blender.

    Add the coconut water and the orange juice and blitz until smooth.

    Pour into two bowls and decorate with the blueberries and kiwi.

    Garnish with mint leaves and your favourite bits from the tropical trail mix - the dried banana slices, toasted coconut flakes and almonds work well.

    Serve and enjoy.
