Tuna Pasta Salad
50g Pasta such as Twists or Penne
4 Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
3cm piece Cucumber, diced
¼ Yellow Pepper, diced
½ small Carrot, peeled and diced
6 Sugarsnap Peas, blanched and halved
½ can Tuna Steak, drained and flaked
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
Cook the pasta as directed on the packet.
Drain and cool under running water.
Drain again then add to a mixing bowl along with the remaining ingredients.
Mix gently until coated with mayonnaise.
