    40ml Pink Pigeon Spiced Rum

    50ml Asia Specialities Coconut Milk

    30ml Del Rivo pineapple juice

    Lime wedges

    A pinch of nutmeg


    Chill a medium-sized wine glass in the freezer for 15-20 minutes

    Add the Pink Pigeon Spiced Rum

    In a separate glass, mix the coconut milk and pineapple juice together

    Add this mixture to the Spiced Rum, stirring continuously.

    Sprinkle the nutmeg into the foam that has formed at the top of the drink.

    Cut a thick lime wedge, and slice halfway through it

    Fix the lime wedge to the rim of the glass
